When a sale occurs via BuyArtNow...
- We will be notified by email from the system about the order
- We will forward the order to you as soon as possible during business hours.
- You will see the sale in your Dashboard
- You will be emailed when the order is complete
The next steps depend on the product ordered...
Open Edition Reproductions, Rolled or Stretched or Framed
- We will process the order as soon as possible.
- We will dispatch the order as soon as it is ready.
- Tracking details will be sent to the client.
- The client has a 7 day period in which they can return the order.
- Once this period is cleared, payment will be made to you as per the agreed commission, costs and payment dates in the Terms and Conditions.
Limited Edition Reproductions, Rolled or Stretched or Framed
- When we email the order to you, we will ask you if you will be personally signing the piece or if you want us to digitally sign and number it for you. If it is digitally signed, you will need to provide the Edition number for that reproduction.
- We will process the order as soon as possible.
- We will dispatch the order as soon as it is ready.
- Tracking details will be sent to the client.
- The client has a 7 day period in which they can return the order.
- Once this period is cleared, payment will be made to you as per the agreed commission, costs and payment dates in the Terms and Conditions.
Original Artwork
- You can send the artwork directly to the client and you will receive the freight costs as paid by the client.
- You can ask us to dispatch it and we will receive the freight costs paid by the client.
Merchandise
- These are your responsibility to dispatch
- You will receive the freight cost paid by the client.
