USING YOUR ARTWORK CATALOGUE

When you have artwork captured by us, we will send you a link to your own personal Artwork Catalogue Folder via a Google Drive Link.

This link will never change so save it as a bookmark in your browser so you can always find it easily. 

First - the Technical Part (keep reading, it's not scary!)

• This catalogue is a Google document we shared with you. You can open it in any Browser window (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.) simply by clicking the link we provide.
• It automatically saves whenever you enter data, you don't have to do anything.
• The pricing is always current so the sheet never goes out of date.
• While you can print it out, we don't recommend that because your printout will be wrong if prices change.
• As this sheet shows your costings, don't share it with anyone not involved directly in your business.

HOW DOES THIS CATALOGUE HELP YOU?

• It provides you with a list of all the artwork we've copied for you.

• You can calculate printing costs for any image in almost any size at any time.

• You can use it to work out your RETAIL selling prices.

• The form has a list of all relevant links you need to place orders, list your art on our site and more.

• You can keep a record of the sizes you want to offer, how you want to offer them and what price you want to sell them for. 

   

TABLE OF CONTENTS

The form opens at the "TABLE OF CONTENTS". This is the list of all the artwork we have copied for you.

3. ALL ART, COMBINED VIEW - When you click through to this page, it shows a drop-down list of all your art
   
   
   
4. BLANK ENTRY - You can use this page any time and enter any size to see prices for artwork before you have it captured if it is a size you have not done before.
   
   
5. WHAT I WANT TO SELL - This will only appear if you have used it in previous versions of the catalogue, it is discontinued for new users.
   
   
6. HOVER FOR LINK - As you hover over any row, a link box will appear. Click on the link to go to the page for the image chosen.
   
   
7. TABS FOR EACH IMAGE - Scroll across to find the image you want and click on the tab to open.
   
   
8. TABS ICON - The easiest way to find a title in a long list. Click on the 4 horizontal lines to see a list of all the titles - choose your title, click on it to open that page.

ARTWORK DETAILS

The image below is an overview of the individual ARTWORK LISTING page

1. CHOOSE MEDIA - Click on the black arrow to see the drop-down option and select your media.
   
   
2. BORDER SIZE - Default is 3cm. you can change this to a different number and the prices will be adjusted for ALL sizes.
   
   
3. RESIZE BY FIXED WIDTH - Click on the black arrow to change this to Resize by Fixed Height if required. You can also choose "Resize by Short Side" or "Resize by Long Side" if you prefer.
   
   
4. SET SIZE - This will be set at the most common selection of sizes. Click on the black arrow to choose a different size. The dimensions will automatically adjust according to the ratio of the image.
   
   
5. OPTIONAL - CHOOSE FRAME - This gives you some price options for framing costs using our base range of mouldings and simple matting options. There are many more options available but too complex to list here.
   
   
6. ART/PRINTING RRP - This is the default mark-up we recommend, 4x cost. There are other options and if you are listing work on BUYARTNOW we recommend the BuyArtNow RRP which is 4.2x the cost of the printed portion of your product (paper or canvas)

7. OPT FRAMING RRP - WE recommend a mark-up of 2x cost but you can change this if you wish.
   
   
8. LINKS - Links to the Order Form, InkjetLab.com.au and the Knowledge Bank where you have access to a wealth of information to help grow your business.
   
   
9. ABOUT THIS MEDIA - When you change the selection in "CHOOSE MEDIA" (Item 1), this information changes to tell you about the product.
   
   
10. FREIGHT WEIGHTS AND SIZES - This is a guide only to the approximate packaged sizes of the different products in their various forms. NO FREIGHT PRICES are listed here as that is too complex an issue for this catalogue.
