What happens if I don't like my artwork when I receive it?

We offer a 7 day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you find that the quality of the artwork does not meet your expectations, simply contact us to tell us why and we will arrange for the product to be returned to us. 

If you change your mind about the image itself, we can only offer a 30% credit towards another artwork as all pieces are printed on demand and the artist gets paid each time their work is printed.

"Quality" pertains to the clarity and colour of the image and the integrity of the product itself. As all images are approved by the artist and only the finest materials are use, we ensure that these are all of the highest standard.
