If your order is damaged in transit or the quality of the product does not meet your satisfaction we are happy to offer a full refund or credit towards another artwork. We need to be notified within 7 days of your order being delivered.
If you change your mind about the image itself, we can only offer a 30% credit towards another artwork as all pieces are printed on demand and the artist gets paid each time their work is printed.
Simply returning the product, without proper notification will not result in a refund.
