As part of the file preparation process when we copy your art, your images will be added automatically to your store. They will be in DRAFT mode waiting for you to complete the necessary details.

LOGIN and edit your images as soon as possible so we can make them live and available for sale.

Once logged into your Dashboard, click on Products and edit all the images marked as Drafts.

If you don't want to list an image immediately, leave it in Draft mode or delete it if you never want to offer it.

Items we have already edited -

• Product Type - do not change this.
• Category - Do not change this without advising us first.
• Shipping and Tax - This is preset for reproductions - do not change anything here.
• Attribute and Variation - we have prefilled the media, sizes, and prices for you. If you want to change them, please discuss it with us first.

Items you need to edit...

• Title -
• Change this only if you choose to. The Permalink must also be changed correctly for the image to be found. Click EDIT to edit the permalink. Copy and paste the new title into the box provided and click OK. Characters such as commas, apostrophes, etc will be ignored.
• 

• Product Tags -
• Type in a word then choose from the list or create a new tag - Click ENTER to add it. AVOID phrases if possible.
• 

• Add Gallery Images -
• If you use an App that places your art in room settings, use those images here - click on the PLUS SIGN in the box under the main image.
• 

• Product Short Description -
• Optional but recommended. This description appears in searches and below the price. This is where you GRAB the client to encourage an extra look. One sentence or phrase is sufficient.

• Description -
• This is the main description of the art. The story should act as your silent salesperson. Imagine you are standing in a gallery telling a prospective client the How, Why, When, Where, and Who to encourage them to become invested in it. Add details of the edition here such as "Limited Edition of 50 only". Remember also that this listing is for reproductions, not the original so be cautious not to imply that what they are buying here is an original. If the original is available, add it as a separate product. See here for instructions

• Linked Products -
• If the original is available, and already listed, you can link it to the reproductions as an UPSELL. If you are selling merchandise of the same image, such as Jigsaw puzzles, link them here as a CROSS-SELL - the product must be listed first so you link it. If this image is part of a Diptych or Triptych, link the other parts here.

• Product Status -
• Set the Status to PENDING REVIEW. We will be notified of the updates, and check and approve your listings at the earliest opportunity.

• Purchase Note -
• Optional. You can add a personal note that the client will receive when they order.

Note that edition status, sizes, and prices have already been set for these images. If you wish to change them, contact us first.
